- It helps us to customize each of your segments
- This form will provide us with:
- Your contact information
- A current picture to place in your segment
- Some fun facts and personal information
Process | Topic selection
- Each month, Campus Correspondents are responsible for selecting a campus department or a health and wellness topic to promote each month.
- You are welcome to use our suggested topics found in our Campus Correspondent editorial calendar.
- You’re also welcome to create your own topic.
- If creating your own topic, please ensure that your topic is relevant and related to health and wellness.
- Any topics of controversy will be discussed with your Client Services team member and on-campus contact prior to being accepted.

When choosing a topic, keep the following items in mind:
- Select a topic that is fun and interesting to you!
- This grants you the chance to research an area of interest
- It also provides the opportunity to educate your campus
- Select a topic that is relevant to your campus. It can:
- Related to campus events or occurrences
- Creates more student responses
- Allow students to be involved in their own health and wellness
Process | Topic confirmation and report form
Your topic is to be submitted by the 10th of the month prior
- Please include:
- What issue you are submitting for
- Your topic
- Reasons for selecting your topic
- Links to articles on your topic (these can be Student Health 101 articles)
- A two paragraph summary about your topic (this is helpful for when you record your intro video)
- Three to five questions to ask during your interviews in addition to our suggestions
- When you plan to record your interviews
